Processing:

  • My current processing time is 1-4 business days (this does not include weekends & holidays)
  • My current processing time for custom items is 3-5 weeks. These items are carefully made specifically for you, if you are ordering one of these items for a specific event please plan accordingly.
  • PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME

Within Canada:

  • CHITCHATS - TRACKED (2-12 business days estimated - depends on location)
  • CANADA POST - EXPEDITED (2-6 business days depending on location)
  • CANADA POST - EXPRESS (1-4 business days depending on location)

Shipping to the US:

  • CHITCHATS - TRACKED PACKAGE (4-6 business days estimated, although not guaranteed. Comes with tracking *once it reaches the US* and insurance)

Everywhere Else:

  • CANADA POST - STANDARD SHIPPING - NO TRACKING INCLUDED (please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on location)
  • NO TRACKED OPTION LISTED - Please send me a message if you would like your package tracked. Price varies greatly depending on location.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please message me within 24 hours and I will be happy to assist you, as long as your order hasn’t already been shipped out.

Refunds

I do not accept returns or offer refunds, so please consider this when purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, I will absolutely fix an order if it has been sent to you damaged or if the wrong item was sent. Please reach out to me within 2 weeks of receiving the package if there are any issues.
